Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Spookywoods recommends age 10 and up to the haunted attraction. No ID required.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Overflow parking available next to BP on HWY 62
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No weapons, alcohol, cameras or smoking on property. No open toe or high heel shoes allowed.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You must bring the printed ticket to the event. If you can't print it go to the will call window at ticket booth.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on the ticket does not matter. However, the bar code is only scanned once. Only the first person to use the ticket is valid.
All tickets sales are final, no refunds. Purchase wisely.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If we are closed due to inclement weather your reservation tickets can be used as a general admission any day. If we are closed due to inclement weather it will be posted on the top of the home page by 5:30pm.
